1. Payment methods
We are offering to our wholesale customers the following methods of payment:
Payment in advance / Bank Transfer
Paying your goods via bank transfer means that you accept to pay us the proforma invoice in advance. You must indicate on bank payment form the invoice number which we provided to you. Your order will be despatched as soon as we receive the money in our account.
NOTE: This is the cheapest payment method but please note that all the bank fees must be paid by the customer. We must receive in our account the exact invoice amount.
Credit Card
You use your credit card for paying the proforma invoice provided by us. We accept Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard) and American Express.
2. Carriage costs
Carriage cost will be calculated using the shipping fees indicated below. This cost will be indicated and charged on the proforma invoice.
If your order exceed the usual weights of parcells than we will provide you a carriage quote. Otherwise you can pick up the goods from our warehouse using your own carrier.
NOTE: Due to our carriage partners conditions we are not able to deliver products such rods, landings nets or any other product longer than 2.0 m in packed form. These products are charged per volume not weight and that is why a rod segment of 2.0 m is charged as weighing 10kg. Our intention is to offer our customers fair carriage conditions and we chose to not deliver this kind of products. We thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: Parcells with weight higher than 31.5 kg will be splitted in two or more parcells and will be charged accordingly. For instance, a order of 40 kg will be charged as two separate orders: one for weight up to 31.5 kg and the second one for a weight less then 10 kg
3. Estimated delivery time
If you choose PayPal or Credit Card we dispatch your goods as soon as possible. If you choose Payment in advance/Bank Transfer we send your goods as soon as we received your payment. After dispatching your parcel you will receive an email with detailed informations and a tracking number.
Normally dispatching needs about 5-7 days within Europe. In the most cases the order will be dispatched quicker. Our shipping partners are DPD and UPS
4. Order modification
Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you want to change or cancel something, tell us as quickly as possible sending an e-mail to contact@bigfish.ro
NOTE: It is imperative to indicate us your order number received on your e-mail which is affiliated with your account.
5. Goods return policy
Return of the goods is possible in 7 days starting from the receipt moment. You must send notice of your intention to return goods within this period. Your intention must be sent by e-mail to contact@bigfish.ro. After this you should send the goods back to us.
NOTE: The goods must be original packed, without use tracks and provided with all tags or stickers. Also do not return goods without paying postal charges. This will cause higher costs for the return and will be set off our refund to you.
6. Custom taxes
If you are not from EU please note that custom taxes and broker fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
